Privacy policy

This is what we collect on this site, why, and what we do with it, written the way we write everything else: plainly. Effective July 2026.

Who we are

CRTR Agency, a web design studio based in Rogers, AR. You can reach us anytime at hello@crtragency.com.

What we collect

What you send us. If you use a contact or audit form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, and message. It goes to our inbox by email so we can reply. That is its whole job. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This data is aggregated and does not tell us who you are.

Session recordings. We use Microsoft Clarity to capture how visitors use the site: mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling, plus heatmaps built from that behavior. Clarity masks sensitive content and we use these recordings only to improve the site. Microsoft describes its handling of this data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Advertising measurement. We advertise on search engines. When you arrive from one of our ads, tags from the ad platform (such as Google Ads) record that the click led to a visit, and whether it led to an inquiry. This is how we learn which ads are worth running. These platforms use cookies to do it.

Cookies

The analytics and advertising tools above set cookies. The site works fine without them, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time. You can also opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings and learn about analytics opt-outs at Google's opt-out page.

Who we share data with

Only the services that make the site run: Vercel (hosting), Resend (delivers form submissions to our inbox), Google (analytics and ads measurement), and Microsoft (Clarity). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep things

Form submissions live in our email for as long as we need them to serve you, typically the life of the project plus normal business records. Analytics and recordings are kept on the schedules of the tools above, generally a few months to two years.

Your choices

Want to know what we have about you, or want it deleted? Email hello@crtragency.com and we will handle it. No forms, no hoops.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. We will not quietly change what we do with your information.
