Why do you publish your prices when no other agency does?
Hiding the price is a sales tactic, and we would rather not run one. With the spec published, you can decide on your own schedule and we skip the weeks of back-and-forth that quoting usually takes. The projects that do start tend to be a good fit from day one, which saves everyone money.
What happens if the project grows mid-build?
The spec changes in writing before the work does. You approve a priced addition, or we park the idea for a phase two. Either way, the invoice never surprises you.
Are there any ongoing costs?
Hosting for the sites we build typically runs $0–20/month, paid directly to the host in your own account. Optional care plans (updates, edits, monitoring) are available as a flat monthly rate, but nothing about the build requires one.
Do you offer payment terms?
Half at kickoff, half at launch, for all packages. Custom systems projects are milestone-based, laid out in the spec.
What does custom work cost?
Custom systems like web apps, portals, automations, and data work typically start around $8,000. Every custom project is quoted as a fixed spec with a fixed price before work begins.
