Terms of service

The short version: the spec is the contract, the price is fixed, and you own what we build. The longer version follows. Effective July 2026.

The spec is the agreement

Every project starts with a written spec: the pages or features included, the price, and the timeline. That document is what we owe you. Work beyond the spec is quoted in writing and only starts once you approve it. The price in the spec does not change on its own.

Payment

Packages are billed half at kickoff and half at launch. Larger custom projects are billed by milestones laid out in the spec. Work begins when the kickoff payment arrives.

Ownership

When the final payment clears, everything we built is yours: the design, the code, the copy we wrote for you, and the accounts we set up in your name. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Your content

Materials you give us to use, such as photos, logos, and text, must be yours to use. You are responsible for having the rights to what you provide.

Revisions

We revise within the scope of the spec until it is right. Revisions that change the scope are additions, and additions get priced before they get built.

Timelines

We set a launch date at kickoff and hold our side of it. Timelines depend on receiving feedback and materials from you; delays on either side move the date by the same amount.

Third-party services

Sites run on third-party services such as hosting and domain registrars, billed to you in your own accounts. Their pricing and terms are theirs, not ours.

What we do not promise

We build sites designed to rank and convert, and we stand behind the work. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue, because no honest company can. Anyone who guarantees you a Google position is guessing.

Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data on third-party services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
